Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Corral desktop application and its related services, provided by Liv Team. By using Corral, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Corral provides window management features for supported versions of macOS and Windows. Core features require the operating system permissions needed to move and resize windows. Some windows, applications, or system configurations may not be supported.

2. Accounts and Access

Some online features require a Corral account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You can request account deletion from the app.

3. Plans, Purchases, and Refunds

Corral may offer Free and Pro access. Current features, limits, and prices are shown in the app or on the Corral website. A direct web purchase of Corral Pro is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. Paddle handles direct web payments and approved refunds. Purchases or access through another channel, such as Setapp or the Microsoft Store, follow that channel's payment terms. Direct web refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Feedback and Submitted Content

You keep ownership of feedback you submit. You give Liv Team permission to display, review, and use it to operate or improve Corral. Do not submit unlawful content, content that violates another person's rights, spam, vote manipulation, or deliberately false reports. We may remove content that violates these terms.

5. Data and Settings

Corral stores settings and related data on your device. Removing the app may not remove that data automatically. If you enable cloud sync, supported data is stored on Corral's servers and may be merged when devices have different versions. You can turn sync off at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use Corral or its online services for an unlawful purpose
  • Bypass access controls, paid feature limits, or security measures
  • Disrupt the service or interfere with other users
  • Redistribute or modify Corral without permission
  • Reverse-engineer Corral except where applicable law allows it

7. License and Ownership

Liv Team gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Corral under these terms. Corral's software, design, branding, and documentation remain the property of Liv Team and its licensors.

8. Availability and Warranties

Corral is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every application or system setup, or that synchronization will resolve every conflict without data loss.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Liv Team is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use or inability to use Corral. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension and Ending Use

You may stop using Corral at any time. We may suspend access to online services when reasonably necessary to address a serious violation of these terms, abuse, fraud, or a security risk. When practical, we will give notice before taking action.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when Corral, our business, or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated terms here and provide advance notice when a change materially affects users.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence still apply.
